Loyalty program

You can become a member of the We love dogs loyalty program if you make a purchase worth over CZK 4,000 in our stores in Prague or on the e-shop www.welovedogs.cz.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP:

• 5% discount on goods in We love dogs - HUNTER stores in Prague and in the welovedogs.cz online store.
• A 10% discount on goods when a member of the program exceeds the purchase amount of CZK 20,000.
• A gift for your canine friend when you visit the store on his birthday.
• Reservation of selected goods for 3 days.
• Refreshments for your four-legged friend every time you visit the store.
• Priority seasonal discounts (always only one week of discounts for club members only) and shopping events.
• Sending information about news and special offers of representative stores and the e-shop.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WE LOVE DOGS CLUB:

• Club cards are non-transferable and you may be asked to present proof of identity when using them (protection against misuse).
• If you lose your card, please notify us immediately so we can issue you a new one.
• The card expires if the card is not used within 3 years from the date of issue.
• Club card discounts cannot be applied to promotional or already discounted goods, discounts do not add up and cannot be combined.
• The above benefits can only be used when presenting a valid card to our staff before making a purchase or entering the discount code of the card in the relevant field of the shopping cart in the e-shop.
