Principles of protection of personal and other processed data
On this page you will find an overview of the main principles of personal data protection and other processed data. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions of NOI Concept s.r.o. in the section regarding the protection of personal data.
The company NOI Concept s.r.o., operator of the welovedogs.cz e-shop (hereinafter referred to as "NC"), aims to protect the privacy of its customers. We want our customers to be completely sure that we handle their personal data with due care and in accordance with the obligations arising from the applicable legal regulations and protect them to the maximum extent possible, which corresponds to the technical level of the available means.
This privacy policy (hereafter referred to as the "Policy") represents the rules that we follow when we collect and process the personal data of customers who purchase our products or use our services.
1. What personal data do we process?
Due to the nature of the services that NC provides to its customers, it receives the following personal data from them:
- name and surname
- delivery address or billing address
- business name, registered office, place of business, ID number, VAT number
- phone number and contact email
NC uses third-party payment gateways for some types of payments (e.g. online credit card payment). If the user uses a credit card payment, credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information is processed by a third-party payment gateway. NC does not store or have access to credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
Certain technical information about customers and website visitors, such as IP address, browser type, operating system type, approximate location, and more, may be automatically obtained and collected by NC.
Personal data of customers is stored for 5 years, unless the customer requests its deletion earlier (see point 5 of this Policy: Your rights in terms of personal data protection).
2. Where is personal data collected?
Personal data of customers and website visitors are stored centrally on servers located in the Czech Republic. The data therefore do not leave or are stored outside the European Union in any way.
3. How is personal data secured?
The company NOI Concept s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "NC"), with registered office at Újezd 409/19, 118 00 Prague 1 - Malá Strana, ID: 25067869, is the administrator of the personal data that you, as the data subject, have provided to us.
NC, as the administrator of your personal data, does not and has never intended to sell your data to third parties.
NC undertakes to technically and organizationally ensure the protection of processed personal data in such a way that there can be no unauthorized or accidental access to data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfer, their other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse, and that all the obligations of the personal data administrator resulting from legal regulations have been ensured in a personnel and organizational manner continuously during data processing.
All personal data that the customer provides in connection with the use of NC goods and services is processed automatically by a secure electronic system. From the point of view of organizational security, NC protects data from unauthorized access by third parties, in particular through limited access to the database and personal data, to which only persons who are trained in the field of personal data protection and are bound by confidentiality obligations have access.
4. How do we use "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small text files that are stored in the browser or on the hard drive of the computer of the visitor to the NC website (www.welovedogs.cz). If the website is visited again, "cookies" will enable identification of the visitor's device and adaptation of the page to his preferences. NC does not store any personal data in "cookies". Data stored in "cookies" are used exclusively for the purpose of functioning of NC services (www.welovedogs.cz). They improve your online experience by saving your preferences when you visit a particular page. This data is only used in aggregate form and "cookies" do not contain personally identifiable information and cannot profile our system or collect information from your hard drive. In accordance with the relevant provisions of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. about electronic communications, the visitor has the right to decide whether to enable "cookies" on his device, through the settings of his browser. The visitor, who has not changed the settings of the installed software on his computer, agrees to the storage of "cookies" on his device. The visitor can also prevent the storage of "cookies" by opening the NC website (www.welovedogs.cz) in anonymous mode. Anonymous mode is supported by all modern Internet browsers, and in this mode, "cookies" files are not stored in the browser.

5. Your rights in terms of personal data protection
Everyone whose personal data we process has:
- right of access to personal data: the right to obtain from the NC a confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him are being processed and, if so, he has the right to obtain access to such personal data and to information on the purpose of processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be made available, the period for which the personal data will be stored and the right to a copy of the processed personal data,
- the right to correction: the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay and the right to supplement incomplete personal data,
- right to erasure: the right for the administrator to delete personal data without undue delay if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and processed, or if you revoke your consent to processing, or if you object to processing and there are no prevailing legitimate reasons for processing, or personal data were processed unlawfully,
- the right to restrict processing: the right for the controller to restrict the processing in the event that you dispute the accuracy of the personal data for the time required for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, or the processing is unlawful and you refuse the erasure of the personal data, or you have objected to the processing of personal data, unless it is verified whether the administrator's legitimate reasons outweigh your legitimate reasons,
- the right to data portability: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transfer this data to another administrator,
- the right to object: the right to object to the processing of personal data due to the administrator's legitimate interest; the controller does not process personal data unless it demonstrates serious legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the determination, exercise or defense of legal claims.

After the prescribed identification of the applicant, we will inform you about the processing of your application in accordance with the relevant law within the deadline set by law.
If you wish to contact us with a request or complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, please contact us via the above addresses. Your suggestion will be forwarded to the responsible NC employee, who will then deal with it and cooperate with you in solving it. If you still feel that your personal data has not been handled in accordance with legal requirements, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
6. Sending commercial notices
NC collects and manages users' email addresses obtained in connection with the sale of their products or services. E-mail addresses obtained in this way are, regardless of their nature, considered as an electronic contact address obtained in connection with the sale of a product or service in the sense of § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2000 Coll. about some services of the information society and NC is entitled to use these for the purpose of disseminating business announcements regarding its own similar products or services.
NC is obliged to provide the user with the possibility to refuse further sending of commercial notices to the e-mail address entered by him, in each commercial notice. Opting out of further notifications is completely free of charge for customers, with the exception of internet connection and data transfer costs.
7. General terms and conditions
The use of NC services is governed by the general terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.welovedogs.cz/obchodni-podminky.
8. Final Provisions
NC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection Policy can always be found on the website www.welovedogs.cz.

Relations not expressly regulated by these Principles are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) and the legal order of the Czech Republic.
